, Índice: IOR 41/040/2014

The key value of the Universal Periodic Review (UPR) lies in its potential to contribute to tangible improvements in the situation of human rights in the countries under review. The focus of all participating states should therefore be on implementation. In this document, Amnesty International provides an overview of the state of implementation of some of the key recommendations made in the previous reviews, in 2010, of the following five states: Grenada, Guyana, Kenya, Turkey, and Spain.
