In this oral statement, delivered at the 46th session of the UN Human Rights Council in Geneva, Amnesty International welcomes the update of the Group of Eminent Experts on Yemen, and urges the UN Security Council to refer the situation in Yemen to the International Criminal Court and urge all parties to the conflict to release all individuals imprisoned solely for exercising their rights to freedom of expression.
