Saudi Arabian authorities’ failure to effectively investigate the death in custody case of a prominent Saudi cleric, Musa al-Qarni, who was brutally beaten to death in prison by another inmate, is an illustration of their contempt for the rights of imprisoned dissidents, Amnesty International said today.
