‘Abd al-Rahman Khader al-Ahmar, aged 24 years from the Deheisheh Refugee Camp in the West Bank, was arrested on 13 October 1991 and issued with a four-month administrative detention order. The reason for his detention given on the order alleges that he is an intifada activist in the area. This is the second time he has been administratively detained. ‘Abd al- Rahman Khader al-Ahmar’s appeal is scheduled for 25 November 1991. He is currently held in Ketziot detention centre and is due for release on 12 February 1992.
