Fu’ad Saleh ‘Abd al-Fattah Sa’d, from Deheisheh Refugee Camp near Bethlehem on the West Bank, was arrested on 5 August 1991 and issued with a six-month administrative detention order. His appeal against the order eventually took place on 13 November 1991 and was rejected. He is currently held in Ketziot detention centre.
