The above-named, a student at the Bir Zeit University, was issued with a six-month administrative detention order after being arrested on 12 November 1990. His appeal was reportedly rejected at a hearing on 23 January 1991 and the detention order confirmed. Amnesty International does not yet know the reasons for his detention.
