Iraq: Investigate Baghdad kidnapping and assassination of Sunni leader and his convoy
The Iraqi authorities should ensure that investigation into the assassination of a prominent moderate Sunni tribal leader and his convoy in Baghdad on 13 February 2015 is prompt, thorough, impartial and independent. Most of the group were found executed a few hours after their kidnapping.
