Years of underinvestment by all states mean the majority of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are way off track from their 2030 targets. The Fourth Conference on Financing for Development (FfD4) to be held in Seville, between 30 June and 3 July 2025, provides a significant opportunity to both re-commit to the SDGs and ensure the resources are provided to achieve them.
