Amnesty International welcomes the call from the Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights for comments on the Draft General comment No. 26 (2021) on land and economic, social and cultural rights. The comments and observations in this document should not be seen as an exhaustive list of issues but include priority suggestions on ways in which key provisions in the draft General Comment can be strengthened.
