International Criminal Court: Making the right choices – Part V: Recommendations to the diplomatic conference

This is the fifth in a series of position papers which AI has published in support of the establishment of a just, fair and effective international criminal court. This document concentrates on making recommendations based on the consolidated test of 116 articles which will be used at the diplomatic conference in June 1998 to adopt a statute for the court. Its scope is largely limited to recommendations to retain or amend the text rather than analysis.
