This submission was prepared for the Universal Periodic Review (UPR) of the Czech Republic on 23 January 2023. In it, Amnesty International evaluates the implementation of recommendations made to the Czech Republic in its previous UPR, including in relation to Roma rights, children’s rights, and women’s rights.
