Criminalization and Prosecution of Rape in Bosnia and Herzegovina – Submission to the UN Special Rapporteur on Violence against Women, its Causes and Consequences
Amnesty International presents its responses to the questionnaire on criminalization and prosecution of rape in Bosnia and Herzegovina. This submission has been prepared in response to the call for contributions issued by the United Nations (UN) Special Rapporteur on violence against women, its causes and consequences ahead of her upcoming report on rape as a grave and systematic human rights violation and a form of gender-based violence against women.
