Azerbaijan authorities must release Talysh activists
Amnesty International is concerned that Talysh minority rights activist, Farkhaddin Abbasov, and ethnic Talysh blogger, Elvin Isayev, have been incarcerated because of their activism and criticism of the Azerbaijani authorities. They are victims of politically motivated prosecution and are at risk of torture or other ill-treatment. They should be released immediately.
