Yugoslavia: Shykri Kahki (formerly known as Shykri Thaqi)

According to the limited information available to Amnesty International, the above-named was reported to have been arrested and searched by Serbian police on or around 19 April 1991. The police allegedly found an issue of the periodical Zeri and a scheme for studies issued by the Croatian Ministry of Education in his possession. Shykri Thaqi was reportedly sentenced to 60 days imprisonment, without trial or access to a lawyer. He is believed to be held in Kosovo.
