In this joint letter, civil society organizations call on Permanent Representatives of Member and Observer States of the UN Human Rights Council to support the renewal of the mandate of the Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in the Russian Federation during the 57th session of the United Nations Human Rights Council (HRC).
