Amnesty International submits this briefing to the United Nation(UN) Special Rapporteur on extreme poverty and human rights in the context of the official country visit to Spain that will take place from 27 January to 7 February 2020. In this briefing Amnesty International provides information on and raises concerns in relation to Spain’s implementation of its international human rights obligations regarding the right to adequate housing and the right to the highest attainable standard of physical and mental health.
