Ireland: Comments and recommendations on the International Criminal Court Bill 2003
This paper examines the Bill and makes comments and recommendations for amendments to ensure that Irish courts can investigate and prosecute individuals accused of crimes under international law consistently with international law and practice and to ensure full cooperation with the International Criminal Court (ICC).
