This briefing is submitted in advance of the 1383rd meeting (September 2020) (DH) of the Ministers’ Deputies on the execution of judgments. In light of Greece’s obligations under the European Convention on Human Rights, as well as other provisions of international human rights and refugee law, Amnesty International seeks to assist the Committee of Ministers in its evaluation of the general measures that the government of Greece has taken to date to comply with the judgements in the M.S.S. and Rahimi groups of cases in respect of Greece (Applications no. 30696/09 and no. 8687/08).
