Amnesty International provides the below information to UN CEDAW ahead of the adoption of the list of issues for the tenth periodic report of Denmark at its 76th Pre-Session. Amnesty International has concerns about violations of the Convention on the Elimination of Discrimination against Women in Denmark, also related to Sustainable Development Goal Targets 5.1 and 5.2, with regard to sexual violence.
