Saudi Arabian activist Abdulaziz al-Sunaidi was sentenced by the counter-terrorism court on 13 October to eight years in prison followed by an eight-year travel ban mainly for posting on Twitter. He was denied access to a lawyer throughout his detention and trial. He is a prisoner of conscience.
