This report aims to provide a voice to some of the African victims who have filed complaints against Hissène Habré and to enable them to appeal directly to the Committee of Experts, the AU and the wider international community. All these victims have spoken of their craving for justice and their long struggle to ensure that Hissène Habré is held accountable by a competent and impartial court for the crimes for which he has been indicted. The report concludes with recommendations to the Committee of Experts and the AU Assembly.
