Amnesty International’s ideas for States’ submissions to the Secretary General on the elements of the Arms Trade Treaty
In its Report of 17 February 2012, the Preparatory Committee for the United Nations Conference on the Arms Trade Treaty invited “those participating States wishing to do so to submit focused views, of no more than 1,500 words, on the elements of an Arms Trade Treaty,..”. This document details Amnesty International’s views for the consideration of States to include in their submission.
