In this letter to the Ministry of Justice, ICJ and Amnesty International identify particular concerns regarding provisions in Thailand’s Draft Prevention and Suppression of Torture and Enforced Disappearances Act and set out recommendations aimed to bring the proposed legislation in line with international human rights law and standards.
