Min Kumar Koirala is now known to have been released on 13 November 2003. Thet Raj Wagle was arrested at the same time as Min Kumar Koirala, and is suspected to be held at the same place of detention. Amnesty International has received no further information about him and is increasingly concerned for his safety, especially since Min Kumar Koirala was allegedly beaten.
