ASEAN must address human rights violations around the Myanmar Rakhine Crisis
Amnesty International Asia Pacific Sections Directors write to ASEAN to express their deep concerns over the human rights and humanitarian crisis facing the civilian population of northern Rakhine State and to urge the Philippines -as the current Chair - to take urgent steps to address the issue in accordance with the ASEAN Charter and international human rights law and standards.
