Amnesty International made this oral statement during the interactive dialogue with the Special Rapporteur on Eritrea held at the 29th session of the UN Human Rights Council (15 June – 3 July 2015), urging the government to free prisoners of conscience and allow access to the country by the Special Rapporteur and other independent monitors.
