The report documents the living conditions of civilians living in or fleeing besieged towns in Burkina Faso as well as the crimes under international law and human rights abuses committed by armed groups. The report also highlights the response of authorities, in particular the violations of international humanitarian law they commit and the restrictions they impose on humanitarian assistance.
