Amnesty International has published detailed reports setting out evidence of war crimes and possible crimes against humanity by the Nigerian military. This statement reiterates Amnesty International’s call for named senior military officers of command and for the government to invependently investigate. It is a response to a statement by the Acting Director of Army Public Relations, Col. Sani Usman on 2 February 2016.
