This joint open letter calls on President Buhari of Nigeria to take concrete action to implement the recommendations of the 2011 United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) report, which exposed the seriousness of the oil pollution in the Niger Delta, and the steps needed to clean it up. The letter, written with a coalition of Nigeria and International partners, comes on the 4th anniversary of the report.
