This is a model Letter to the Minister of Peace of Ethiopia urging her to facilitate humanitarian services and adequate compensation and remedy for IDPs, and to formally investigate the roles security forces the myriad of violations by security forces and vigilante groups against civilians in the Oromia and Amhara regions.
