This submission was prepared for the Universal Periodic Review (UPR) of Equatorial Guinea at the 47th session of the Working Group. It evaluates the implementation of recommendations made to Equatorial Guinea in its previous UPR. The submission ends with a set of recommendations to Equatorial Guinea which, if implemented, would contribute to improving the human rights situation in the country.
