Chad: incommunicado detention / fear of torture: Moussa Ben Moussa

Moussa Ben Moussa was arrested by security forces in Moundou, southern Chad, on 25 March 1993. It is believed that he is being held incommunicado in the presidential complex in N’Djamena. He is accused of having links with the CSNPD, an armed opposition group who are in conflict with government forces in southern Chad. There are fears for his safety in incommunicado detention.
