Amnesty International is deeply concerned by the widespread and escalating pattern of forced evictions linked to Ethiopia’s Corridor Development Project (CDP). While marketed as an urban transformation initiative aimed at improving infrastructure, housing, and public spaces, the CDP has instead precipitated large-scale human rights violations affecting the poorest and most at risk.
