Tunisia: Former Libyan minister at risk if extradited
Former Libyan Prime Minister al-Baghdadi al-Mahmoudi, who fled to Tunisia in September, could be extradited to Libya. If he is forcibly returned, he would be at risk of torture or extrajudicial execution. Tunisia's President has yet to authorize the extradition.
