Syria: 47 Groups urge UN Secretary-General to act on Syria: Joint statement
Establish investigative body on chemical weapons attacks. United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres should urgently appoint a team of investigators to identify those responsible for the use of chemical weapons in Syria, Amnesty International and 46 other human rights and humanitarian groups said in a statement released today. Such a move would promote justice and deter the use of these prohibited weapons.
