On the second anniversary of the sentencing of Qatari poet Mohammed al-‘Ajami to 15 years’ imprisonment, Amnesty International and English PEN call for his immediate and unconditional release and for his conviction and sentence to be quashed. We consider him a prisoner of conscience, held solely for peacefully exercising his right to freedom of expression.
