UA 432/93 - Libya: fear for safety / possible abduction: Mansur Kikhiya

Mansur Kikhiya, a prominent member of the Libyan opposition, went missing from a hotel in Cairo, Egypt, on 11 December. AI fears that he may have been abducted by Libyan government agents. He had been attending the general conference of the Arab Organization for Human Rights. The Egyptian authorities have reportedly launched an investigation.
