Hasan Muhammad Ahmad ‘Abed Rabbo, aged 29, from the Deheisheh Refugee Camp near Bethlehem on the West Bank, was arrested on 17 October 1991 and issued with a five-month detention order dated 13 October 1991. His appeal was due to be heard on 25 November 1991. Hasan Rabbo has previously been arrested on several occasions for brief periods but not sentenced; he was administrativedly detained between April and October 1990. He is currently held in Ketziot detention centre and is due for release on 12 March 1992.
