Israel and the Occupied Territories: Torn Apart: Families split by discriminatory policies

This report looks at a new law which bars family unification for Israelis who are married to Palestinian residents of the Occupied Terrritories. This discriminates against Palestinians from the West Bank and Gaza Strip as well as Palestinian citizens of Israel and Palestinian residents of Jerusalem. Topics covered in the report include increased restrictions on child registration; for Israelis visiting their spouses; and on family unification in the Occupied Territories.
