Muhammad Sha’ban al-‘Ayisah, aged 20, from the Deheisheh Refugee Camp, was arrested on 13 October 1991 and issued with a four-month administrative detention order. The reason given for his detention alleges that he participated in a Land Day demonstration in the refugee camp in April 1990 and that he threw stones at soldiers in June 1990, May and July 1991. His appeal is due to be heard on 25 November 1991. He is currently in Ketziot detention centre and is due for release on 12 February 1992.
