Israel and the Occupied Territories: Ahmad Husayn Abu 'Ajamiyah - administrative detention
Ahmad Husayn Abu 'Ajamiyah, a 20-year-old from Deheisheh Refugee Camp on the West Bank, was arrested on 13 October 1991 and issued with a three- month detention order. His appeal against the order was eventually held on 25 November 1991; the authorities reportedly alleged that he had participated in throwing stones in the Deheisheh camp in May and August of this year. Ahmad Husayn Abu 'Ajamiyah is currently in Ketziot detention centre and is due for release on 12 January 1992.
