In this submission, Amnesty International provides information under sections B and C as stipulated in the General Guidelines for the Preparation of Information under the Universal Periodic Review. Amnesty International raises concern over human rights violations entrenched in the normative and institutional structure of the Israeli state. The organisation also highlights its concerns about human rights violations in the context of unlawful killings by Israeli security forces and severe restrictions on the freedom of movement of Palestinians. Amnesty International sets out recommendations to address the areas of concern.
