Iran: Case sheet: Hengameh Shahidi
Hengameh Shahidi, aged about 35, is a journalist and political activist who is currently serving a six-year sentence in Evin Prison, Tehran. She is a prisoner of conscience. In this case sheet Amnesty International calls for Hengameh Shahidi to be released immediately and unconditionally and for a thorough investigation into her allegations of torture in detention.
