Amnesty International is seriously concerned for the safety of Abdollah Momeni, Mehdi Shirzad, Said Noruzi Azghandi, Khaled Bayazidi, Hanif Nabavi and at least 55 other students from Tehran University, who were arrested following demonstrations in the capital city. They are at risk of torture or ill-treatment and may be forced into making confessions under duress.
