Egypt: Medical action: Hassa al-Gharbawi Shahhata and Mostafa Thabit Bayyoumi, two lawyers held in al-Wadi al-Gadid Prison
Hassan al-Gharbawi Shahhata, a lawyer, and one of the longest serving administrative detainees in Egypt, is now reported to have contracted tuberculosis. Another lawyer, Mostafa Thabit Bayyoumi, has cardiological and spinal problems.
