This document consists of the recommendations of the AIRE Centre (Advice on Individual Rights in Europe), Amnesty International and the European Human Rights Advocacy Centre (EHRAC) that aim to ensure greater transparency and inclusion of applicants to the European Court of Human Rights and civil society in the process of supervision of implementation of judgments of the European Court of Human Rights and in the discussions about the future of the European Court of Human Rights.
