Amnesty International and other NGOs and bodies, submitted a response to proposals to ensure the future effectiveness of the European Court of Human Rights put forward by the Evaluation Group on the European Court of Human Rights and the Committee of Ministers’ Steering Committee on Human Rights (CDDH).
