In this document Amnesty International makes a number of observations and recommendations for governments to act upon at the 2005 World Summit and for the implementation, at the national level, of the Outcome Document that will be adopted by Heads of State and Government meeting in New York. Such observations are about the Implementation of Millennium Development Goals; the need for an Arms Trade Treaty; Protection of human rights while countering terrorism etc.
