The concerns raised and recommendations made to the International Law Commission in this document often restate past positions of Amnesty International on international criminal law issues and relate to the six new draft articles for a Convention on Crimes against Humanity proposed by the Special Rapporteur. Amnesty International is planning to issue papers exposing a more extensive analysis of the current and subsequent proposals made by the Special Rapporteur.
