UN Human Rights Council: Criteria for a successful outcome of the Review of Special Procedures
In UN General Assembly's resolution 60/251 establishing the Human Rights Council member states decided that " the Council shall assume, review all mandates, mechanisms, functions and responsibilities of the Commission on Human Rights the Council shall complete this review within one year after the holding of its first session". This document outlines the criteria for a successful outcome of the Special Procedures review.
